Delivery Information

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

We ship via courier from our local stock whenever possible, if we do not have local stock then they will be shipped by courier from the manufacturers warehouse direct to you. 

Delivery costs are based on weight, volume and location and calculated at checkout, many products also include Free delivery.

After your order has been dispatched we will provide you with the tracking number/s for your shipment.

Please be aware that Sales Tax / duties or taxes may be charged when orders enter the country. These costs are beyond the control of Circussoi4 Shop and courier / shipping companies. These costs are NOT included in the price of your order and will need to be paid personally if charged. In the event that you do not pay the charges and the shipping company returns your order to Circussoi4 Shop no refund whatsoever will be made.
